We can finally tell you that our the first single and video from the upcoming album, will premiere on Friday October 11th! We can also reveal the title for the album: 'A Plague upon Thee' which will will be released though Despotz Records!

The first single is called 'Virago'. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. When the last straw has been drawn all hell cowers. Join the unforeseen hordes in their disorderly plunge into the cavernous depths, and back!

Hello, all you fabricshearers, farmers, fewterers, fishmongers, foresters and fowlers!

As many of you know, @jimmymattssonbassist was a member of Apocalype Orchestra for three years. During that time we shared the stage many times, but we also started to write the new album together. Jimmy took part in the creative process all the way up until his departure, and we are ever grateful for his contributions. We remain good friends and cheer him on in his other bands, @erebaltorofficial and @@isoleofficial. Thank you Jimmy, see you out there!

Hello, all you edict attendants, embroiderers, emperors, engravers, esquires and executioners!

We've once again chosen Cezilia Hjelt Röstberg to be our album cover artist. Her style has got that old school medieval feeling that fits us like a gauntlet. We threw the ingredients at her and she, as an alchemist of art, was able to create something truly spectacular.

She works as a tattoo artist in Gothenburg, so do yourself a favour and give her a visit! @cezilia_gbgclassictattooing

Hello, all you kings, knackers, knappers, knifemen, knifesmiths and knights! The objective was simple: Film something for social medias while the drums are setup and miked up in the studio. That resulted in a candid conversation between Andreas and engineer William Blackmon regarding the recording of the drums for our forthcoming album.

Hello, all you dairymaids, dapifers, diplomats, drapers, drycoopers and dyers!

Onwards to our next colaborator. Meet William Blackmon. A long time friend of the band, a fantastic drummer, and a master sound engineer. We turned to him for the recording of the drums on our previous album, and the result was smashing! It was indeed a no brainer to turn to William yet again.

William has a keen ear for all things percussion and he's always very responsive in regards to the sound we're after. A video where William and Andreas are discussing the drum recording will be posted shortly. We highly recommend his services, so if you're looking for a great sound engineer, mixing engineer and/or producer, you can contact him at @theoverlook_studio

William also plays some extreme drums in the band Gadget @gadgetgrindcore , so if you like your music fast and hard, be shure to check them out!

A Medieval greeting from the island of roses, as Mikael roams Visby during the Gotland Medieval Week. If you are unfamiliar with the beautiful melody he is playing, it's because it will be featured on the new album.

Hello, all you calligraphers, carders, carvers, chaplains, coiners and courtiers!

We want to shine some light on the masterful people who have worked with us on the making of the album. First up is Per Nilsson / @scarguitar!

You may know him from his band @scarsymmetry. Some may know him from playing all over world for several years with @meshuggah. Others may know him from his work producing many killer albums and songs. We know him firstly as a friend, and then as a great collaborator.

He mixed The End is Nigh, and the result was like nothing we could ever have dreamed of, absolutely stellar work! So it felt natural to ask Per again, and he even outdid himself with the new album. We cannot wait for you all to hear it!

Thank you Per, for being the best of friends as well as a sound bending audio sonic wizard!

Since we are at best wanting in our activities on social media, we will try to lessen our absence here, and give you tidbits on a more regular basis.

In posts to come, we will talk a bit about the recording process, the music itself, share information about the tracks and the album. So stay tuned, and more will come!

A milestone. 10 years ago, we got up on the stage

A milestone. 10 years ago, we got up on the stage for the very first time. Since then, we have had the privilege to visit many countries. We have had the honour to perform at many different venues, clubs and festivals. We have been fortunate to meet so many wonderful people along the way, cooperate with dear friends and talented artists alike, both on and off the stage. We got to release our first album with our friends at @despotzrecords (and the second one is nearing completion!).

We want to thank everyone for joining us, and supporting us on this journey. Sincerely, thank you! And even though it has already been a decade, we are only getting started!
